I'm Tom van Zantvliet, a political and campaign strategist and visual storyteller based in London. I work with civil society and progressive political organisations on how they tell their story, from strategy and messaging to photography and film.

I photograph and film for campaigns and organisations: events, actions, portraits and short films, delivered ready to use. My own documentary work has been exhibited at Photobook Café in London.

Campaign and messaging strategy
I'm a behaviour change expert. I spent four years working out why people do what they do, for governments around the world. I now work on campaigns, organising, and messaging for political and civil society organisations. I design campaigns from start to finish, plan actions, and handle the public communications, from social media to press lines; recent actions have been covered by The Guardian, The Independent, Reuters and Al Jazeera.

Speaking and chairing
I host and chair conferences, panels and comedy nights, in English and Dutch. I also perform stand-up in London and the Netherlands, lighter and more political material about cultural differences, class and politics, and have performed at the Museum of Comedy.
